Chief Product Officer

SunStream Business Services, a leading managed IT service provider that supports Farm Credit lending institutions, is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our Financial Technology (Fintech) offerings. Service Desk Analyst

SunStream Business Services is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our team. The Service Desk Analyst provides first line of support for applications, workstations, printers, peripherals, and handheld devices to both internal and external customers. A successful candidate will be a great communicator, passionate about exceptional service, and will spend their time, supporting customers either by phone or in person, and partner with them to resolve the technical issues getting in the way of high performance. This role will rotate on site in St. Paul, MN, with work from home opportunities.

Social Impact

At SunStream, we believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work. We are involved in a variety of causes that provide services to people in need. To maximize impact, we have chosen two primary beneficiaries:

SunStream has a longstanding connection with Merrick Community Services, one of the oldest nonprofit agencies in St. Paul, Minnesota, with a history of assisting individuals and families transition from poverty to self-sufficiency and stability.

SunStream also supports Angel Foundation, a Twin Cities-based nonprofit whose mission is to provide support to local families impacted by cancer. For more than twenty years, their programs have ensured that individuals and families have the resources they need throughout their cancer journey.
