Daniel Ritch
Chief Executive Officer
Daniel Ritch joined SunStream as Chief Executive Officer in October 2021. Daniel draws on his passion for driving customer success through innovation to serve Farm Credit customers with reliable and cost-effective back-office technology solutions that allow businesses to scale and flex. He has more than 25 years of leadership experience across the manufacturing, automotive, building solutions and financial services industries. Before joining SunStream, his most recent roles included Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Northmarq and Vice President Connected Service and Chief Information Officer at Honeywell Building Solutions.
Ahti Hujanen
Chief Technology Officer
Ahti Hujanen joined SunStream as Chief Technology Officer in June 2022. Ahti began his career in technology in the early nineties and has led teams and spearheaded innovation at start-ups and corporations alike. His experience spans the financial, engineering, and healthcare industries. As CTO at SunStream, Ahti thrives on creating a culture of engagement and trust where top technology and business professionals focus on delivering IT products that add value for our customers.
Ruth Anderson
Chief Product Officer
Ruth Anderson began her Farm Credit career in 1986 and serves as SunStream’s Chief Product Officer. Ruth is driven to provide SunStream customers with reliable and efficient technologies that provide value. The not-so-secret to her success comes in large part from the strong relationships and trust she has built with customers and internal teammates. Throughout her career, Ruth has held several roles managing people, products, and technical and business services. Most recently, she headed the spin-off initiative to establish SunStream as a unique 4.25 Farm Credit Entity, separate from AgriBank.
Tom McHale
Chief Financial Officer
Tom McHale serves as SunStream’s Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Operations. He joined the organization in December 2021. Tom oversees the SunStream Finance, Human Resources, Vendor Management, Tax, Audit, Governance, Compliance, and Insurance functions. He drives financial excellence through cost transparency, clear communications, and sound compliance, financial and accounting practices. Prior to joining SunStream, he most recently served as the Corporate Finance Director for CHS, and before that served in a variety of technology finance roles for Securian Financial, OneBeacon Insurance, and IBM. Tom received his Juris Doctorate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and is a licensed attorney in the state of Minnesota.
Tina Tuohy
Office Manager
Tina Tuohy joined SunStream in May 2022 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager. As a ‘fixer and empowerer,’ Tina supports SunStream’s executive team by clearing roadblocks so they can focus on their most important priorities. Tina is committed to quality execution, fundamentals mastery, and leadership by example. Prior to joining SunStream, she served as the Director of Guest Services for Kalani Honua on Hawaii Island, and before that was Director of International Global Communications for Aveda Corporation.
