Collateral Services provides tracking, reviewing and safekeeping services of collateral documents as needed by our customers.

Collateral Services provides these services related to commercial and mortgage loans, leases, participations and Farm Cash Management:

• Review documents for accurate completion of all fields and appropriate signatures
• Compare documents to database to ensure consistency of records
• Prepare monthly report for our customers detailing the collateral documents that are missing and inconsistencies between documents and information in the database
• Respond to our customers’ requests and questions with a thorough and accurate response
• Return paid, replaced and requested documentation in an accurate and timely manner
• Annually review a random sampling of our customers’ collateral portfolios to identify and report any missing documents or discrepancies
